CHICAGO– Amidst this spooky season, Intuit art museum will host a fundraiser and costume party this Friday the 13th with a goal to raise $16,000. The fundraiser proceeds support the museum’s art-education programming like IntuiTeens, the Teacher Fellowship Program and its upcoming 2024 marquee exhibition.
Intuit’s development director explains, “this fundraiser party is extra special because it supports the first special exhibition guests will see upon Intuit’s reopening after its renovation. Participation in the fundraiser is a meaningful way to contribute to bringing this exciting show to life!”
Intuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art is known for its engagement with and education of the self-taught art genre. Intuit’s programs prioritize bringing self-taught art and artists to students, teachers, and local and national audiences.
Come costume-ready for a good time! Tickets start at $75/person and include unlimited food, drinks and a spooky signature cocktail.

About Intuit
Intuit champions the diverse voices of self-taught art, welcoming both new and familiar audiences. Intuit presents the work of self-taught artists—also known as outsider art. These artists typically work outside the mainstream and may have faced societal, economic or geographic barriers to a traditional path of art making. By presenting a diversity of artistic voices, Intuit builds a bridge from art to audiences.
