About the artist
Jerry Gretzinger has been designing an imaginary place through map-making on and off for almost 50 years. The map contains almost 4,000 panels and “is dictated by the interplay between an elaborate set of rules and randomly generated instructions”. It has been shown internationally and is in the collections of museums in Japan, the United States, and Europe.
Each panel comes signed and meticulously dated on the back side.
