Della Wells (1951-) makes art as a way to tell life stories. She began creating in earnest later in life at 42. Her work is now highly acclaimed, exhibited, and collected throughout the US, including at the Intuit Art Museum. Wells is a self-taught artist who paints, collages, makes folk art dolls, and even accessories.
Frame is freestanding and also has a triangular D‑ring on the back to be wall-mounted.
