Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at a museum? In this workshop, learn what a museum registrar’s day to day looks like and how to better care for your artwork in the long term. Topics include: general record-keeping, artwork packing, storage basics, how to stay organized, and more. We will cover what museum best practices look like and how to make the most with what you have. This is a great opportunity to hear what museums need most from artists. 

This workshop will be hybrid. Participants may attend on-site at Chicago Artist Coalition or via zoom. Registration is required.
