Judith Scott Nov 2025

Every second Friday, take a break and drop in for a casual screening of a film from the Museum’s Robert A. Roth Study Center. Each short documentary provides insight into the work of a different artist from the IAM collection.

Fiber artist Judith Schott made work at the Creative Growth Art Center, a progressive studio for artists with disabilities in Oakland, Calif. Scott’s sculptures consist of found objects, which she wrapped with yarns, threads and other materials, often concealing the object within.
